It's official. I can crawl! Man, this is a heck of a lot easier than dragging myself around!

Frog Pool, The Movie
I got a cool new pool. I already have a big pool to swim in with Daddy, Mommy, Chris, and Gracie, but this pool is all for me. It has a canopy to keep the sun off of me AND a little fountain in the front. It's so much fun to splash in too.

9 Months Old!
Can you believe it? I am 9 months old! I have 8 teeth. I can sit up, pull up to stand (using Mommy's or Daddy's fingers), and I can get up on my hands and knees. I am SO close to being able to crawl. I can wiggle to move myself toward what I want. Watch me get the index card below!
I'm ready for bed, but I have the wiggles, big time!
Watch me wiggle! Mommy made me work harder than I wanted to. Anytime I have to work, I fuss. I learned that from my big brother.

Visiting with Steve and Nia
Daddy's old friend Steve came to visit us. Steve brought his little girl Nia to visit too. Nia is a wonderful new friend!

The Zoo
Yesterday, we went to the zoo. It was my first trip to the zoo.
Here I am before I went in. You can't tell by my expression, but I am very excited.
I saw a turkey.
I saw a sheep.
We went to the Splash Pad too.
Mommy helped me get close to the water. It was really neat to watch, but I wasn't sure about getting in it. It was very loud and there were tons of kids everywhere.
I saw a pretty macaw.
I had lots of fun seeing and smelling all of the animals at the zoo!

My Big Trip to Maine
My family and I flew on a plane to visit my Grandma and Grandpa in Maine.
My first plane ride! Everything went pretty well.
With all of the excitement, I missed my nap. I recovered, though, after I took a short nap in Mommy's arms.
Daddy's 41st birthday. Happy birthday, Daddy!
Lots of family came to visit. I met my Great-Grandma Giard. My Aunt Susan and Uncle Brett, AND my cousins, Charlie and Lilah, also came to visit us from Boston. Here I am meeting Lilah. She is 6 months old and I am 8 months old.
It snowed while we were in Maine. Snowsuits are a pain and so are boots. I guess it was worth it though.
Snow is cool stuff!
Chef Grandpa made the grown ups bread pudding souffles.
Tasty!
Back at home in my new "Maine" T-shirt! Maine was fun, but...
