Life with Paige and Penn

Time flies when you are having fun!

One of Penn's favorite ways to sleep.

I made red velvet cupcakes with Mommy for Valentine's Day. Boy, were they ever delicious!

Yum-my!

Another of Penn's favorite ways to sleep.

Woo-hoo! Hang on there little squishy! (Sometimes we call Penn "my little squishy." It's what Dory calls the tiny jellyfish in Finding Nemo.)

Yep, he's a good sleeper.

Sometimes we hang out in my bed.

Nice faces, huh? After this shot I shoved Penn and he almost fell out of the bed. I forget that I need to be gentle with him. Hey, it's eat or be eaten around here.

I put on every bead, bracelet, bangle, necklace, and ring that I own. I'm Fancy Nancy!

Snug as a bug in a rug.

After a really good nap, it's hard to wake up.

Cupcake aftermath!

Puddle Stomping and a Song

We had some wet weather move through today, so I enjoyed it!

I REALLY like Dave Matthews' song "Two of Us Together."

Paige's First Haircut

I got my first haircut today.

It tickles!

I'm bored.

The first cut.

So pretty!

Ta-da!

Beautiful girl!

Finally Home

It was so nice when Mommy, Daddy, and Penn finally came home.

Two Ps in a pod!

Our first trip out to Starbucks and Panera.

Daddy bought me the Chipmunk movie, so I was a little distracted. Those Chipmunks are too much! ALVIN!

Love, Paige

Seriously, is this all he does?

Our neighbors wanted to make sure everyone knew that Penn had arrived.

The first bath went pretty well.

Mommy looks like she is feeling a whole lot better now too.

Hang in there, Daddy.

I don't think Penn enjoyed my puppy as much as I do.

Penn has arrived!

I finally got to meet my baby brother on January 27th! He's a cutie.

A-ha! I weighed a whole pound more than he did when I was born. I think he is longer than I was though.

Here he is meeting Mommy and Daddy. Mommy was terribly sick in the OR.

What a tough day. Mommy was sick all day too.

Here I am meeting Penn for the first time. I wore my "Big Sister" shirt and crown.

He's pretty neat, Daddy.

Nana came to take care of me while Mommy and Daddy were in the hospital.

Late one night...

Daddy found this great hat with Penn's name on it.

Is this all he does?

Mommy got a wee bit too eager with the nail clippers. Penn had some seriously long fingernails.
