Tiny Dancer

Tonight is my first official dance class!

I'm all set!

Ta-da! (I fell down along the pool deck last night, so I have skinned knees with Hello Kitty band-aids.)

Mommy found a ponytail holder that we forgot I had. It goes perfectly with my dance outfit!

I've got my taps too!

Sitting with my classmates and Miss Mary. My toe shoes still haven't come in yet. Maybe they'll be here before my next class.

Penn is doing lots of smiling! He's telling Daddy that he wants to be a kicker on a football team. That's what Daddy says anyway.

Mommies and Daddies are not allowed in the dance area, but they can watch through the windows.

Ft. Myers Visit

After Daddy's birthday and Easter, we went down to Ft. Myers to see Nana, Grandpa Tom, Great-Grandma, and Great-Granddad. We were also lucky enough to catch an evening with cousins Erica and Mercedes before they headed home.

This is my second cousin, Mercedes. She's 4 and very cool! We had a super time playing together.

Penn, rockin' his board shorts and monster shirt.

Great-Grandma with Penn and me, sitting on my Great-Granddad's lap.

I think Penn likes you, Nana!

Just Us!

EASTER!

Easter is FINALLY here!

Putting the eggs in the basket to leave for the Easter Bunny to hide.

Don't forget the carrot!

We have to put out the Easter baskets too.

Wow! Look at all the goodies from the Easter Bunny!

Penn is having a ball!

The Easter Bunny left Penn his first Easter Bunny toy.

Even Gracie got an Easter egg!

For the last few years we have spent Easter with the Hoops family at their home in Sanford. It's always nice to run around, eat, hunt eggs, and fly kites. Mommy likes to catch up with Miss Sabrina most of all! My first egg is a blue one.

Come here, you egg, you!

Somehow we discovered the golden egg. It was really on accident. Mommy thought it was trash and told me to grab it so we could throw it away.

See how good I did here, Daddy?

This is the perfect spot!

The reward for finding the golden egg. Thanks, Miss Sabrina.

This is my friend Nora. She is Miss Sabrina's daughter. We have a picture of us, on these same steps, from last year. We are getting big!

Mmmm...ice cream!

Yet Another Egg Hunt

Mommy and Daddy say this is the LAST time we will do this egg hunt. One year I had to go to the "no egg table" because I was so little and everyone else got all the eggs. There are 10,000 eggs out there and guess how many I ended up with? Two. Can you believe that? It's eat or be eaten.

Okay, this is my strategy. I'll run to the middle and get as many eggs as I can.

Laying low before the big grab.

Penn is set to go.

I like this better, just taking my time and looking at the flowers.

How about no one, except Daddy, look at the camera?
